Embroidery Services

Embroidery is a wonderfully versatile customisation technique that can be used on various different garments. Embroidery can provide a long term, hard-wearing branding solution for yourself and your brand. Embroidery can be used to customise a full range of garments but we recommend that it would be best onto thick, hard wearing garments like polo shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts. Embroidered workwear is very popular with our clients.

Embroidered polo shirts, embroidered sweaters and embroidered hoodies are always big sellers, as these heavyweight garments can stand the pressure of the embroidery machine. Depending on the garment selected we offer embroidery on t-shirts, but it has to be of a certain weight, but our expert staff will always help to recommend the most suitable garments. Embroidered caps are also very common and we offer 3D embroidered caps, which offer a wonderful high build embroidery on caps. With embroidery you need to digitise the artwork, so you can use a wide range of formats from standard JPEG / PNG up to vector files.

The pricing for embroidery depends on the amount of stitches in the artwork, the bigger and more detailed the artwork is the more it will cost. For embroidery we will always need to see the artwork in order to price, as we need to see how many stitches are required for the design. We also recommend avoiding shadows and gradients as these can be very hard to replicate using embroidery, however our team of experts will be happy to advise you on this.

We use Madeira threads for embroidery, so we always will provide high quality embroidery with these top of the range threads. Embroidery has been around since 1828, and will be around for a long time to come.

Embroidery

This is the most commonly used embroidered which consists of thread being put into the garment. We recommend thicker fabrics for this so they can take the pressure of the machine. Embroidery provides a sleek and high quality finish and can last the test of time. Embroidery is very common on workwear and on polo shirts.

3D Embroidery

3D embroidery is a newer technique on the market, which involves using layers of thread to create a finish that sticks out from the garment to produce a unique finish that can be touched. 3D embroidery requires a lot of stitches so the garment needs to be thick enough to handle this. It is most commonly used on caps as they are strong enough to handle a technique like this.
