Direct to Film
Direct to Film (DTF) Printing is a versatile, high-quality technique that prints digital designs onto specialised film using water-based inks. We would recommend using this for short runs and for personalised garments that are needed in a quick turnaround. There is no set up fee, so this technique is very cost-effective as well as providing great quality.
The printed film is coated with adhesive powder, cured, and heat-pressed onto garments, producing vibrant, durable, and soft-feel results on cotton, polyester, and blends. It is ideal for complex, detailed designs, offering high stretchability and longevity.
DTF is often preferred for its ability to handle intricate, multi-color designs without the limitations of traditional printing. We are able to produce sheets of DTF transfers which means these can be cost effective for yourself without sacrificing quality.
For DTF printing, this can be printed on various different garments including DTF T-shirts, DTF printed hoodies and DTF printed polo shirts which are the most popular among our clients. We can also produce DTF printed Sweatshirts and DTF printed sportswear.
Full Colour Transfer
We would recommend this technique for full colour logo with gradients or full colour images. We can used both vector or standard image artwork. The technique can provide great full colour images on garments such as t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts or hoodies.
There are no set up fees for this technique which allows for a cost effective solution on short runs.
