What Affects the Price of a Gift Box

Every gift box order is priced individually, and a few things make the biggest difference:

• What goes inside. A notebook and pen duo costs far less than a set with an insulated bottle, a power bank or clothing.
• The quantity. The price per box falls as the order grows, because set up costs are spread across more boxes.
• How it is branded. A one colour logo is the most economical, while full colour boxes, engraving and extra print positions add to the cost.
• Packaging extras. Branded tissue paper, ribbon and printed insert cards add a premium finish for a small extra cost.

Tell us your budget per box and we will suggest the best combination of items for it. Businesses ordering regularly can apply for a 30 or 60 day credit account through our client registration page. A vector logo (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the cleanest result, but a good quality PNG is fine to start with.

Most gift boxes take 5 to 8 days once the visual proof is approved. If you add printed or embroidered clothing, allow six to seven business days for the clothing, and ask about express turnaround if your date is tight.

When should we order Christmas gift boxes?

As early in the autumn as you can. Most gift boxes take 5 to 8 days once the proof is approved, but November and December are the busiest months of the year, so ordering early gives you time to approve the design and have the boxes delivered well before the Christmas break.

Can you make staff welcome packs for new starters?
