What Affects the Price of Promotional Keyrings

Every keyring order is priced individually, and a few things make the biggest difference:

• The keyring itself. A plastic or acrylic keyring costs far less than engraved metal, leather or a keyring power bank.
• The quantity. The price per keyring falls as the order grows, because set up costs are spread across more units.
• The branding. A one colour print or engraving on one side is the most economical, while full colour, domes and branding on both sides add to the cost.
• Custom shapes. Keyrings made in the shape of your logo need a mould or cutting tool, which is a one off cost that makes sense on larger runs.

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the sharpest result, but a good quality PNG or JPG is fine to start with, and we will tell you if anything needs adjusting before your free visual proof is sent.

Minimum Order and Turnaround

Most of our promotional merchandise starts from 25 units, and some items have a higher minimum, which we will confirm on your quote. Most orders take 5 to 9 working days from approved artwork, and items made to your own shape or design take longer, so we will give you a date before you order. Can you make a keyring in the shape of our logo?

Yes. Custom shaped keyrings can be made in PVC, rubber, soft enamel or metal in the shape of your logo, mascot or product. They need a one off mould or cutting tool and take longer than stock keyrings, so allow extra time.

Is engraving or printing better for a keyring?

Laser engraving is best for metal, bamboo and wood, because it is permanent and looks premium. Printing is best for full colour logos on acrylic and plastic. We will recommend the right method for the keyring you choose.

Do you supply eco friendly keyrings?

Yes. Bamboo, wooden and recycled material keyrings are available, laser engraved or printed with your logo.
