Transfer Printing
Transfer printing is a very versatile and quick printing method. We would recommend using this for short runs and for personalised garments that are needed in a quick turnaround. There are no set up fee, so this technique is very cost effective as well as providing great quality.
There are various different options for transfer printing, we can use one colour vinyl for garments that need names or a simple company logo. We can also produce full colour transfer that have a vibrant finish for full colour logos and images. There are a few different types of specialist vinyl including glitter vinyl, metallic vinyl and reflective vinyl. Transfer printing can be used on any garments that can withstand heat as the print is heat pressed on.
Transfer printed t-shirts, transfer printed hoodies, and transfer printing polo shirts are the most common among our clients. We also provide transfer printed sweaters and transfer printed sportswear.
CAD Cut Vinyl
Used for names and numbers or for single colour company branding – Most commonly used for individual names and numbers, such as football shirts, or single colour company branding. There are no set up fees for this technique which allows for a cost effective solution on short runs. This can all be produced very quickly.
For this technique we need logos based in vector based artwork in AI, vectored PDF or EPS. For names and numbers our expert graphic design team will create the artwork free of charge.
Full Colour Transfer
We would recommend this technique for full colour logo with gradients or full colour images. We can used both vector or standard image artwork. The technique can provide great full colour images on garments such as t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts or hoodies.
There are no set up fees for this technique which allows for a cost effective solution on short runs.
